Turning vision into reality is what we do best. Working alongside Elkus Manfredi and Vornado, we took the initial concept (shown on the left) and engineered a prefabricated solution that could be installed in just a few days—minimizing disruption in the always-active Moynihan Train Hall.

 

This project presented unique challenges, including the need to design a stunning cantilevered, polished stainless steel structure that seamlessly integrates into the space without penetrating or anchoring into the train hall itself. Every detail, from material selection to structural integrity, was carefully considered to ensure both beauty and functionality.

 

By leveraging prefabrication, we streamlined the entire process, ensuring efficiency without compromising the bold design vision. The result is a striking architectural feature that enhances the space while meeting all logistical and structural requirements.
