A gorgeous new-construction food hall connected to a boutique hotel and located just off Main Street in the heart of Grapevine, TX. The property was designed to resemble a historic train station that has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern-day food hall. The final product is incredible—an ideal spot to grab a bite during lunch or enjoy food and drinks with live music in the evening. We're proud to have provided the (7) food stalls and the South Hall Bar, all built as PreFab units, allowing fabrication to occur off-site while the building was still under construction—significantly reducing onsite build time and cost.
